I really enjoyed this movie and the fact that German Garmendia is part of the dubbing cast makes me like it even more.

Simply put, having seen every Ice Age movie, I haven't seen a single one I didn't like. What does a animated comedy need? Funny moments? Check, I laughed many times. A good story? Check, it gave a story to what would happen if
an asteroid threatened the group,
and they told it in great the Ice Age fashion. Known characters you love, plus new characters to grow the plot? Check.
A new space angle with Neil deGrasse Tyson? nice touch.
I'll keep watching until they stop making them.

Another chapter in our Ice Age story. This time, the world is about to end but Manny and his friends are not going to let that happen. When an old friend comes by to tell about the prophecy he found, a new adventure begins. An adventure to safe the world.

These Ice Age movies are kind of starting to feel like The Fast and The Furious movies. AKA, I still like them although there are perhaps just too many. I enjoyed this movie, and I had a great laugh, but if you would ask me "What is the difference between all the Ice Age movies" I wouldn't have a clue how to answer.
They all just feel the same really. The storylines are not specifically the thing that stand out for me within these movies. The jokes are what makes me watch them, and I still haven't regret watching them all. They are very enjoyable and are quick to watch. That would also be the reason why I would recommend watching them.

Well, to be honest they should've stopped on the first one. There wasn't the heartwarming feeling on the ending unlike the very first one. And Scrat's antics are getting old, same old slapstick comedy that isn't funny. Poor little guy.

"One small step. One giant mess" is a pretty fitting tagline for this movie. Ice Age should have definitely stopped after the first two movies. I actually watched this by mistake as I got the times of my local one-screen cinema mixed up and mistakenly thought I was entering the theatre to watch Finding Dory. I was pretty mortified to find I was in fact about to watch the fifth installment of Ice Age where the squirrel had been promoted to a lead role and the setting included that of outer space --- feat. dinosaurs! Jessie J's voicing of Sid's love interest, Brooke, is enough to drive you stir crazy! Do avoid!

The weakest movie in the franchise. And Scrat just has to leave the acorn alone. He ruins everything in every movie.
