In the proper context of being absolutely terrible, the fun rating of its terribleness is a 6 out of 10.

Boring as hell for the most part, despite the amazing premise of Mama Washington breaking out from her retirement home to slay nazi surfers with a bunch of grenades. You can just skip to the last fifteen minutes unless you have a thing for terrible dialogues or "Clockwork Orange" cosplays. The random footage of people surfing to help the movie reach eighty minutes definitely didn’t help.
