The 12th Man

What a tremendous fact-based story of courage, not just of one man, but of the many who drew strength from his example and defied the occuping forces. Stories like this need to be told and to be seen. It is in times like this that humanity rises above itself or capitulates to the forces of great evil. Great performances. Skillful storytelling. Gruesome details. Deft direction. Stunning locations. I give this film a 9 (superb) out of 10. [Testimental War Drama]

Great movie. I suspect that the plot is flawless, but it tells a story of a man who survived both nature and Nazism.

An interesting true story and one that I didn't know much about. It didn't always grip, but there is enough here to make it worth a watch, especially if you're a war buff.

Watcher Beware - it’s a brutal movie. A good movie, but some of the hardest to watch scenes I’ve ever seen. I get that that’s truthful, but it made me not want watch the move.

A bad version of "nine lives", too Hollywoodized with too much things that didn't happen. Ze Germans are cliché as is everything else about this. Zwart has lost it. Ugh.

Sinopsis film 12th man bercerita tentang 12 orang tahanan nazi selama terjadinya perang dunia. Yang mana kedua belas orang tersebut merupakan orang-orang yang dicurigai sebagai penyabotase. Dan hukuman yang akan mereka terima atas perbuatannya adalah eksekusi mati yang dilakukan oleh para tentara nazi.
Dengan waktu eksekusi yang sudah pasti dan juga kini tengah berada dibawah pengawasan para prajurit, maka kematian kedua belas orang tersebut sudah dipastikan terjadi. Namun begitu, sebuah keajaiban terjadi pada satu orang dari kedua belas tahanan tersebut. Karena sebelum berhasil tereksekusi, tahanan tersebut berhasil lolos dari maut yang siap menjemput.
