I wanted to see this when it was nominated for last year's Oscar but I had to wait over a year to secure a copy from my local library (it had that many people who had placed a hold on it before me). But, was it ever worth the wait! This documentary is beautiful, heart full, inspirational and pretty much perfect. It is the creative project of two photographers, one 88, the other 33. The images, the conversations and the relationship will be with you long after the viewing ends. I give this a 10 (pretty much perfect) out of 10 and highly recommend you get yourself on a list to see it as soon as you can. [Documentary]
overhyped ... the conversations were a huge let down..they sounded like the actors were reading lines in front of them ... hugely disappointed
The original title of the film is Visages villages.
