Well I'd have to say the opening scene when John arrives in Moscow is amazing, question how many cars can U destroy in like 20min I'd say at least over 100 destroyed, but I'd have to say his kds are really spoilt brats the way they speak to their father(calling him by his first name,if I'd did that to my father I'd be smacked across the head for the disrespect) having no respect at all,the mother must of turned them against their father, that was bad writing on the writers on the show.....but the action scenes are top notch...

First time I watched this I was disappointed, but thought I would give it another go tonight and I find myself really enjoying it.

Awesome! The one word to describe the movie action packed the way I like it. But if you don't you won't like this violent movie .

Also known as..

Die Hard 5: The Movie That Hates and Destroys Vehicles

Seriously.. how many cars died in the making of this movie. There should be a stat for that.

Also, I very much enjoyed this movie. Good times all around. It was equal parts ridiculous and excitement. Just what I was expecting.

The ranking of Die Hards is now as follow: 1,3,5,4,2

I give 5 the upper hand on 4 because Justin Long got on my nerves in 4.

One of the things that makes "A Good Day to Die Hard" stand out is its non-stop action sequences that keep you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. The film is filled with high-octane thrills and over-the-top set pieces that will leave you breathless. Bruce Willis delivers another strong performance as John McClane, showcasing his signature tough-guy persona and quick wit as he battles the bad guys.

While arguable the worst "Die Hard" movie to date, I sill enjoyed this fifth installment of the series quite a lot: more in the way 2013 "Live free or Die Hard" than the first three flicks from the eighties and nineties of the last millennium, "A Good Day to Die Hard" sees John McClane for the first time in some kind of cooperation (instead of just blowing up everything mostly on his own) and on Russian and Easter European soil. The initial goal of John (freeing his son Jack from Russian imprisonment) soon turns into a battle to the death with the Russian mob because together with his son a Russian prisoner (Yuri Komarov, an ex-billionaire involved in some shady nuclear deals) escapes and is thereafter on the run with John.

The fast paced action flick features two major plot twists: the first occurs when Komarov is betrayed by his own daughter, who sells him to his former partner and now mortal enemy, Viktor Chagarin, to get a rich reward. The second one is the revelation that father and daughter have been in cahoots from the start to fool Chagarin into helping getting Komarov into a secret vault in the melted-down Chernobyl atom reactor.

As always with Die Hard movies, the good guys, in the form of the two McClanes, win and safe the world in the end (and, of course, all the bad guys, Yuri Komarov, his daughter, Chagarin and a whole army of Russian gangsters, are killed in the process).
