It all begins in an intriguing way, using pressure and obsession with aesthetic standards as central elements in the development of the story. The cinematography is peculiar, managing to balance the weird, the beautiful and the sinister, while working on the psychological nuances of the characters. However, the work quickly loses its way by following clichéd and predictable supernatural paths, abandoning the development of the characters. Some of the characters who are relevant at the beginning end up being completely forgotten, and the movie becomes full of repetitive scenes with no impact, resulting in a general lack of cohesion.
