, and about the story i had no idea that it's 3 mini stories, last one i liked at the most and could be long movie but no problem, overall good movie

To be honest, I only watched the movie because of "From the Creators of Your Name"! The movie is divided into 3 stories. The first two stories are pretty much BORING! But the 3rd Part still has a good story to watch for. Overall the movie is all about good animation. If you are interested in the movie then skip to the 3rd story.

I really liked the tone of the first short in this but the other more narrative driven ones were kinda boring...

oh man. that just depressed me even more. i need some pick me up! Someone recommend really good comedy animes!! Pls refrain from mentioning popular ones cause I'm pretty sure I've seen those.

Mostly booooooring. Couldn’t make it until after the second short. The first one was just ok. No true feeling in this stories.

This is a film featuring three short stories about three people/groups when they where younger, reminiscing on missed opportunities or mistakes. Overall the stories are extremely straight forward. I'm usually a fan of slice of life, where it simply drops you in the shoes of someone to explorer their world view but, these are painfully boring and generic. You can tell what the ending of each story is going to be and I don't think I took anything away from them. As well, because each short story is roughly 25 minutes long you aren't given enough time learn about the characters and become connected with them. Most of their actions seem rash or down right laughable.

The main draw of the film is the pretty animation, but without an interesting story I don't think the film offers much. The last story seems to be the most developed, so at least you end on somewhat of a high note. If you're interested in the animation and/or stories, then skip to the last story and watch that first. If you like it, then watch the first two.

The stories aren't all that good. People seem to like the 3rd one but I think it's just another cliched middle school love. The only good thing about this movie is its stunning animation.

Animation is sooo beautiful. I love seeing food in anime especially. It looks so real, I feel like I can almost smell it.
I love the nostalgia too, taking a peek into other people's lives.
