A very restrained mob tale carried by Kirk Douglas, who plays a selfish older brother. Very grim, but worth a watch for any mob movie fan. When Alex says "I am with you" while in an army uniform, and Frank is so happy to hear it, I initially thought it was a lame reference to The Godfather. But I later realized neither the book or the movie had been released yet. I found that interesting.
