The trailer gave me hope that this film might be enjoyable, but I did not expect to love it so much.

It was crass and funny in the style of Sausage Party. The beautiful background and environment elevated the film above the cheap production I expected from the look of the character design.

For animation fans, there were quiet a few Easter Eggs with nods to other animated films that featured dogs.

Congratulations to all who were involved in this production for sticking to your gun and went all out. The show would not have been as funny if they have tried to sanitised it. Despite the negative reviews, I truly believe this is a cult show that will find its audience in time.

Highly recommended to fans of South Park and Sausage Party.

Imagine you're an animator for this movie, get your tasks for the day and just think "I'm supposed to do WHAT?!"

The fact that Genndy Tartakovsky directed this leaves me with so many questions!
