Keanu Reeves is a wonderful actor, and is shining in this fantastic movie.

Got to be my favorite movie of all times!

@ Rey El King - Ditto on the Constantine sequel tip! This is the one Keanu should have done instead of "Matrix Revelations". Perfect casting all around. Tilda Swinton's genetics are as unparalleled as her acting, since, she seemingly hasn't aged a day since this was filmed. I can't think of any actor who can pull off the androgenous vibes better than she can, and, her trying to do good by being evil, yet in the end, realizing that she may not have quite thought this thing through, was amusing. (BLAM! Yeah, that's called PAIN!)

The chemistry between Keanu and Rachel just worked, and, I'm glad they didn't go the cliched "now that that's over, let's hook up" route, although John in a way got a happy(ish) ever after with a new set of air pumps and Chas getting airborne. Djimon Hounsou is a welcome addition as always, and Peter Stormare's portrayal of Lucifer as the absentee Father / Prince of Darkness, but, "we've still got rules and shizz", was an inspired choice. (now..., GO to your ROOM!)

All in all a very enjoyable film, even upon a rewatch (or two)

Peter Stomare in this as Lucifer, mastered the role. Keanu & Rachel Weiss were magnificent. This is a deep movie that I thought it would be raking in the awards!
But then there are many movies that I was not impressed with that receive Oscars!! ..
I definitely recommend this movie!

سعی کرده داستان فیلم را با اتفاقات واقعی گره بزنه (مثل [spoiler] گم شدن نیزه سرنوشت در زمان جنگ جهانی دوم [/spoiler]) تا جذابیت و کشش فیلم را بیشتر کنه
پیشنهاد میکنم فیلم را هم دوبله و هم زبان اصلی ببینید.

Love this movie!

I have so many good things to say about this film. First it has some damn cool camerawork. The one shot through the city and ending on the Angela falling in the pool was awesome. It really made me feel like I was getting thrown thought the city. I also like how this movie progresses. It starts out feeling like it’s a low stakes detective movie. As it builds and we learn more, we realize it’s going to be an absolute shitfest. Seeing John in action with nothing to lose is a sight to see. The writing and acting of Shia’s character were top notch. My only complaint about this film is that the casting for Satan felt off. It’s a 8/10 movie but I’m bumping it to a 9 because I really enjoyed it.

I always forget how much I love Shia LaBeouf in this. One of his best characters. The interaction between Chas and Constantine is just so perfect.

Tilda Swinton is fantastic as Gabriel. The way she and Constantine interact is spectacular. She has some really good lines.

Peter Stormare does a really good job as Lucifer as well. There is the right amount of savagery and sophistication/class.
