Slightly better than the first one, Martial Law II features a lot more Cynthia Rothrock, which is NEVER a bad thing, a better co-lead in Jeff Wincott (he can actually act a little bit), and somewhat better fight choreography.
So yeah...slightly better than the first one in all aspects except for one...
A LOT more ball crushing in this one...my nuts do NOT approve...
Anyway...if you are into these kinds of b-action, this would be right up your alley. Having Cynthia Rothrock in it made it actually better than average to me. Compared to its contemporaries that is...
