A true story, typically juiced up for the movie but still real enough. Top notch performances all around, and a great story to boot.
I'll basically watch any movie with a connection to the art world and Claes "Clash" Bang now, since The Square and Burnt Orange Heresy. It seems to be a signal to "watch this".
A well above average movie with good performances by Pearce and Bang. The movie starts rather slow and, dare I say, dull. I wasn't really sure if it could hold my interest. But it changed when the trial begins. Maybe they could have shortened the first half a little bit. But like I said the acting and the setup make it work. In any case it is a really interesting story I knew nothing about before.
But that guy, De Klerks, looks like he stepped right out of the first Indiana Jones movie
An interesting true story but the film fails to engage
