Josee, the Tiger and the Fish

It’s a wonderful movie enclosing great graphics and story.
What I probably like most from the story is the personal growth of Josee and how she becomes capable of being independent to pursue her dreams.

This movie tells a powerful story about self-discovery, perseverance, having the will to keep moving forward and how difficult handicapped life is.

It also sells the characters so well that we immediately have an emotional attachment to the characters, as well as what they are like and what they are rooting for.

The execution of a spectrum of emotions ranging from mutual jokes to wholehearted love was perfect, and it touched my heart.

If you are feeling hopeless or about to lose your direction in life, this movie is for you

Excluding those "Flying Catches" the characters did at the beginning and at the ending, rest of the plot was a masterpiece. Both the scenario and the character development caught my attention and I can say for sure that this was the best anime film of 2021.
I'll definitely recommend everyone to watch this. It'll be worth your time.

A really well-told story about two people who live completely different lives, wanting to pursue their own dreams and needing each other in order to do so. I think the way certain ideas and emotions are conveyed without any words in the movie is done so well, along with the great characters and animation style. The ending is also satisfying in all the right ways, even if on paper it wouldn't be, and it concludes such a beautiful movie.

Honestly the romance towards the end felt really forced to me. And also not counting the catches my guy did, it was a wonderful movie. Definitely worth a watch.

Yes we saw that story before but i enjoyed it very much. What’s funny is, it could have just ended in the library as well. Or in the next scene or the next one but they just kept going.

It was an overall great anime romance. The graphics were gorgeous and the music was perfect. The characters were all interesting, although a bit cliche in their design. They definitely could’ve provided some more character development and a greater variety of characters, but it wouldn’t be a true romance unless they didn’t focus on the growth of two individuals anyways.

While the story wasn’t the most original and innovative, it was cute and kept me entertained all the way through. I would highly recommend this to those who just want a little bit of an emotional rollercoaster but don’t mind the cliché.

The movie was great, and if it weren't for the mentions of perversion or tit-grabbing which had absolutely nothing to do with the story and devalued the experience a lot, I would have given it a much better review.

The 5 rating was for the scene where she described their story in her draws alone. Other than that, it was just another beautiful animated yet extremely predictable plot. I'm getting tired of these kind of japanese animations to be fair.
