see kids thats how the government doesnt really care about you. or why you should not let paranoia run your life.

a good slow burn film. most of the time you are left with silence and contemplation. just like they had to.

Like 4am razor stubble, this was longer than it needed to be.

While the true story of this Japanese WWII soldier who lived deep in a Filipino jungle thinking he was still fighting the war **until 1975** is amazing (seriously, Google 'Onoda Hiroo'), there really wasn't all that much story to tell... Certainly not 2 hours and 20 minutes' worth.
