>"She eats the heart first."

After reading the summary for the movie I was expecting something similar to The Grey but got something much more subtle, slower-paced and equally interesting. I loved the Tasmanian scenery and William Defoe delivers 100%. We need to protect our endagered species at all costs.

Perfect history. Shows us that It doesn't take millions of dls to create a good movie.

I liked in general, but the sequence with the tiger alone is worth the hole movie. Amazing scene

Overall a nice movie and
it's impressive that he was able to grind the bones to a fine powder in the woods without a grinder. 😏
Larissa Jones said it all. It was a so-so film to watch, the side-history was kind of interesting although it was totally hunting unrelated, this was what was unexpected for me from this movie, very little hunting and I got myself thinking more than once whether his skills while hunting were anything close to real. Without the boy's tip he would die lost in the woods hunting one animal by putting random traps. Anyway, it was still worth a watch and I particularly enjoy movies that make me enter natural and cold environments.

Film summary: Pharmaceutical companies are evil. The end. I mean the rest of the film is kind of interesting but the overall message is entirely too heavy handed.
