The world's hardest - and weirdest - heavy metal band Impaled Rektum is serving their sentence in Norway's nicest prison. They receive word that guitarist Lotvonen's parents' reindeer herding farm is about to come under the hammer. It will take a big gig and big money to save the farm. A breakout ensues and a trip to the world's biggest heavy festival, Wacken in northern Germany begins. The higher the target, the bigger the obstacles. This is what the boys will experience on their epic journey to the main stage of Wacken - every metalhead's heaven.

I went into this without knowing anything. Didn't know the plot nor that there's a first part.
It took me about 1 hour to realize that there's a first part, so it's not that necessary to watch it.
But let's talk about this movie itself. Although I thought the idea for the story was somewhat interesting and the whole vibe of the movie was really special and kind of cool, I didn't like this movie as much as I wanted to. Maybe I need to watch the first one as well. This movie is such a light movie with no deep meaning but it still tries to be inspiring with the whole [spoiler] Hey, money and fame isn't everything. Real friendship is more important. [/spoiler] thing. But this message is just boring and not inspiring at all.
Overall it's cheesy and mediocre in my opinion. Still: I smiled and even laughed from time to time. So, if you like this kind of comedic metal movies, you might end up liking this one.
