Awesome movie... really enjoyed it. You actually need to see this one a few times, just to fully understand the story (and to check whether there are movie mistakes in it... due to the time travel stuff... xD)

Maybe to heavy for some, but I am a fan... so I recommend ;)

Déjà Vu is yet another great Denzel Washington film. This thriller was really fun to watch. Although the plot twist around sometimes it was still entertaining and enjoyable to follow. The cast were all excellent. Overall it is amazing and I never get tired of watching it. Déjà Vu is definitely on the top 10 of Washington's greatest films.

From director Tony Scott comes the exciting sci-fi thriller _Déjà Vu_. The story follows an ATF agent who’s recruited to join a special task force that’s investigating a terrorist bombing using an experimental technology that can view 4 days into the past. Denzel Washington and Jim Caviezel lead the cast and deliver strong performances. And Tony Scott’s directing brings a lot of energy and excitement to the film. The writing is also quite impressive, particularly in how it explores time travel and issues of causality. Plus, the investigation itself is engaging and takes a number of interesting turns. The plot can be a little confusing at times, but overall _Déjà Vu_ is incredibly entertaining and action-packed.

Hokey science and extremely predictable. Denzel wants again playing the smartest guy in the world in this case an ATF agent. The worst part was the ridiculous stereotype "domestic terrorist" white guy boogeyman Hollywood loves to demonize.

A good thriller, not more and not less. But how they can look back in time (and even transport items there) is only partially illustrated and therefore I found it not very unrealistic. Additional, the movie is not very intriguing but because of the plot's fast pace it never gets boring.

It was a 7/10 for me until they decided to sent him back. Before they told us no living thing can pass through but suddenly our protagonist can, just because plot requires him to do so. Also Doug seems to care more about a single woman than 500+ people on that ferry. That made it meh! for me.
