Dark Spaghetti Western featuring a bandit who is seeking redemption, but keeps getting obsticles tossed in his way by the local sherrif. Three American stars, including Alex Cord, Robert Ryan and Arthur Kennedy. Cord was more known for his Action films and TV, but Ryan and Kennedy starred in multiple American westerns in the 40's and 50's. Ryan plays the Governor of the territory, and he actually makes it his personal mission to help Cord's bandit win amnesty. Cord has been a very dangerous bad guy, so the Governor does not have an easy job of it. The edit that was made for the American market contains a very "American" happy ending - and the uncut version, well, not so much.

I saw the uncut version in English on the "Grjngo" channel on Roku.
