When timid bank clerk Stanley Ipkiss discovers a magical mask containing the spirit of the Norse god Loki, his entire life changes. I used to and still do love this movie! The actors did an amazing job, it was really funny and had it sad times at the same time, definetely a classic, solid 9/10!

Wow its been awhile since I have seen this one. Possibly was my first Jim Carrey movie and its a great one.

The soundtrack in this movie is just great. It's a fun time to listen to and the musical numbers are always a delight.

This script is just such a fun time. Noticed a nice pairing tonight that Diaz's temptation of a kiss twice makes a man beg for just a moment more - Once when Stanley's in jail when Tina's about to kiss him and the lieutenant walks in, and once at the story's climax with Dorian when the bomb is about to go off and his underling interrupts, warning him about it before Tina uses the opportunity to kick the mask away

In terms of animal actors, Milo did a wonderful job. He's always a fun time to watch, and I'm left wondering if his performance had anything to do with Wishbone on PBS becoming a thing in the mid-90s.

It's absolutely criminal that in a movie as 1950s cartoon horned up as this one is that Cameron Diaz never gets to wear the titular mask.

Honestly, there's good reason this movie did as well as it did back in the day. Carrey deserved an Oscar for his Oscar Bait performance. I love it. I really love it.

I just realized... there are so many references in this movie that I totally missed before!

I’ve seen it before, but I’m so glad I watched it again. It’s so funny and creepy at the same tim like, his mask is kinda creepy LOL but honestly, it’s still such a fun watch!

The actual story is only a 6/10 but it gets some bonus points for originality and creativity both in directing and visuals.
