A father redeems himself by helping his estranged daughter survive the chaos caused by meteorites striking Earth. He is an astronaut working on a space station, and he is somehow able to control devices, identify people, and analyze falling buildings from up there — I couldn't get over this premise, it's pretty ridiculous. The action scenes are intense and the CGI is acceptable. Overall, it's nothing special, but better than I expected.

I'm always against the movies where the real dad gets the short end of the stick! She didn't call him dad till the show was about over and now his death brings her closer to stepdad dad who will get all the praise and love now. Her dad died so they can be one happy family? Nope for me a 2 star and I'm being generous.
