I loved this movie. It definitely succeeds in giving the viewers an adrenaline rush. I watched this movie with my friends and we had a lot of fun, we laughed and cried together. The experience was awesome!

The action and the fights, car chases and stunts are awesome. This movie is an energizing thriller. I love the twist and turns in the plot. SRK performed really well and drives the movie. He is fire!!

Vijay Sethupathi's role as a villain is so perfect. His expressions and his evil look is just great.

The music in the film is also good. There are some good songs in this film.

Setting aside the fights and action , the movie also shines a light on various issues which are still present in the modern India. It does convey a good message to the viewers.

Jawan despite following the tropes of conventional commercial cinema, establishes itself as perfect example of perfect entertainer with a subtle yet relevant message. Tamil filmakers have aced the mass movies in thr past and Atlee doesn't shy away from it, he just delivered SRK his best mass appealing film which caters to all true Indian Cinema fans. Backed by a resonating storyline, fantastic action set pieces, scorching score by Anirudh , vicious Vijay Sethupathi as the antagonist and a magnetic SRK in the lead , Jawan delivers what it promised. The few inconsistencies in form usual fast forwarding of sub plots is easily forgettable, when you see SRK landing those heavy punches and dialogues. Thr supporting cast also provide great aid to make Jawan a true winner at cinemas. With no competition, this is going to become SRK's next entry to 1000 cr club.

The mass moments are brilliantly elevated by that scillntilating score by Anirudh. Atlee has a tendency to bring in the best interval blocks in his filmography and he doesn't disappoint. Jawan has massiest interval block in the history of Bollywood. The only gripe I had watching the film is it fails to expand on the hurdles of other female members in their past and at many places the emotions flow on a surface level (sub plot fast forwarding) . Well someone cant package everything in film of 169 minutes and I wont criticise Atlee for it. Priyamani and Sanya has a few important dialogues but stayed in background for the most part of it. Vijay Sethupathi is a show stealer with his versatility and his antiques. His hindi is delightful.

Overall, Jawan is a true family entertainer with many subtle plot twists, action , emotions and light humour. SRK as the leading man needs no marketing and Atlee solidifies his place as the mass commercial specialist. Go and celebrate Indian Cinema in theatres. I meant Bharatiya Cinema ♥

❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ - When it comes to action the film is brilliant. The weak point in the film is the villain sadly VJS's character is far too weak. He looked super cool and powerful when he was explaining himself in the intro scene to the police officers. But after that, he was half of the time wasn't in the film.

Over the top like South Indians but it was so hype and emotional. The final demand was cheesy but if it changed minds of the masses then great.

Like cheap popcorn: one of the main reasons I go to the movies.

Jawan is ridiculous, sure, but the slo-mo implausible fight scenes, the unnecessarily convoluted story and the absurd action sequences executed to the pounding strains of Desi rock explode on the big screen in a way that makes me giggle with the joy of being in the cinema.

A good one time watch for SRK fans

The greatest "SRK introduction" movie of all time which includes 5% of Nayantara and the girls' support, 5% of Deepika's uncooked cameo, 10% of Anirudh's massy massy massy BGM, 20% of SRK's maa ka diya hua waada hu and other 69 spine chilling dialogues and 60% of Daddy SRK's deep baritone voice.

While SRK's performance is commendable, the film's potential is hindered by a weak script and predictable plot. There is no energy in the action sequences and no depth in the supporting characters. Despite reasonable production values, Jawan fails to leave a lasting impact.

Recommended only for hardcore fans of SRK. If you have seen enough South Indian movies then you'll quickly realize that this is a mashup of many other films.
