It was very very good. It's an excellent movie with slow motions, funny scenes, I watched it without getting bored, the action never ends, and I was very surprised in the last scene, but I was very happy to see the shaman die. There is nothing to say about the acting, it was great. Only the man's tone of voice was strange, but it was still great. Definitely watch it. Thank you for your efforts, you did a great job.
Amazing action scenes, great plot twist
THIS MOVIE IS INSANE!!!! THE PLOT TWIST WAS AMAZING AND LEFT ME IN COMPLETE SHOCK. I LOVED IT!
I really did like this one, the fight scenes were brutal but cleverly done, the acting was great, and I just loved the humour parts thrown in which made a nice touch. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable action film 👍
This is the test... of your abilities... to _suspend disbelief._ The reward is the **glee** of fighting action flicks. A logical progeny of:
* "Merantau" Silat fighting style w/Yayan
* "Archer"
* "Sisu"
* "Dark Man" Sam Raimi
* "The Block"
* "Kung Fury"
* "Akira"
_What else did I miss?_
The, "twist," of Mom having twisted herself even further towards evil over the loss of her son... wow. We had to feel for her.
The sister rediscovering her brother was intact as he gave her the five finger salute. That glee almost matched the fight sequences. _That_ was the climax for me.
And, that closing shot, where the joy drains from the faces of the siblings over a bowl of their favorite breakfast cerial...? Wow - that denouement was some sort of _counter-climax_; you just know their life will be shit going forward
Good movie! I liked this, nice gory action flick
Haven't seen it.... [edit: saw it may 21 - https://trakt.tv/comments/676690 ]
Can't wait tho (Pennywise voiced by Archer, Andrew Koji, Sharlto, bunches of others)...oh, man!
Though, from reviews of, "Oderbruch," on IMDb, my expectations are... not high.
Theatrical release 4/26
This is like if the Hunger Games were ACTUALLY good. nice plot twist at the end, and this movie achieves something rare, having a plot twist you would not guess.
This is the ultimate video game-like film with some of the most brutally intense, high octane fights I’ve ever seen since Ong Bak. The cinematography and choreography are superb, capturing every movement with grace. The music was nice, perhaps, not suitable for most scenes. I did enjoy the synth-type pieces, which went with the video game aesthetic/vibe. The Krav Maga/Capoeira/Judo was truly spectacular. It is on an higher level than Ong Bak/John Wick! The acting was equally impressive by all. I quite enjoyed the after credits scene. This was a special film. I look forward to the creator’s/writers future endeavors.
