[Fantasia '24] The film abounds in the treatment of school bullying as a story of revenge, in which violence can only be combated with more violence, and in this case, exercised by a teacher on her student, which is more debatable. However, it works well as a foray into the fighting genre, with good choreographies and adequate character development, although some are neglected along the way. Some interesting questions reflect how harassment is fundamentally based on social differences and how the accomplices of harassers find themselves in a vicious circle in which they have to be abusers to avoid being abused.

This movie feels at the end very idealistic or, jesting with the idea on how to get revenge. Taking a serious theme with a written script with a very compelling plot that entangles you with feelings of anger, laughter and uncomfortable genuine moments by the things that it did explore, because it does do it well. But that is it, a good movie in some aspects but, when you compare it to the real world dilemma this movie takes from, it feels like a total laugh at the idea. It felt like that to me when you compare to what a teacher gets to do, giving rather a comic essence.

It is a fun and a good movie regardless seeing it in a way to showcase a message to stand your ground and properly adjudicate the decision to uphold law against whatever happens. Is really the good thing this movie has as a message. There is this scene when they talk about these articles such as 310, 311 and 312 which it does encapsulate the whole movie and this complex fight for a proper use of justice. Which was interpreted in an interesting way knowing what the plot already exposed when you get to know this part of these articles of law.

I loved the backstory of the main actress and what her family went trough. This layer made her feel a bit more known, and embraced her and his dad and current life situation a bit more. But when you compare what she went trough to do that for her family, makes what she does to help the current issue incompatible to what she did in the school. Seems like a hidden frustration and venting it in the name of revenge or incompetence when it comes to her constant frustration when she start to think about that. This was my process to a movie that it is good non the less, but when comparing it to real life ideals that sadly do happen, at least the message was there. "Nothing will happen if nothing is done." But it does comes down to a system that is rotten on the very root that makes it very hard.

Brave citizens are the ones who stand for the right reasons in the correct manner. Utilizing the right tools. Not fantasizing ideals with mockery or jesting the issues that are so embroiled in hard truths. This issue that I tend to have does not take away with the idea the movie presents, because it does not take away nor ads to the issue. It is just a fun movie. Rather is just another one that implements the idealistic essence of what law should be, instead of citizens suffer by it. But again, at least the message is there echoing the obvious. A good message non the less if you see it in the correct way.
