Started watching the fantastic 4 films with the new one coming out soon and truthfully I wasn’t expecting much with the reviews these films have got I don’t go by them but considering how bad they are I thought this must be bad but I’m sorry once again reviewers don’t have a clue what they are talking about this is pretty good or least a entertaining watch as I’m not saying it’s perfect because it’s got quite a few flaws but for sure deserved better reviews.

I’ll start of with what I didn’t like for a change as honestly there wasn’t loads that annoyed me, the opening wasn’t that great they didn’t explain the mission well enough and didn’t even show them on the on the other planet where they got the powers the CGI was abit questionable there too but that was the worst part of the film.

The writing and story was messy which made the film a little confusing and they could of shown them practicing there powers abit more.

Other than those negatives there was still a lot to like about this film the fantastic 4 all had there time to shine ,The Thing was my favourite though he was so funny his one liners were hilarious the reason I’ll be using them in the quotes above, Human torch was a dickhead no wonder Deadpool took the piss out of him 😅 but he was pretty good, JESSICA ALBA!!! that’s all I need to say tbh lol but all jokes aside the part where she had to take her clothes of while being invisible to get past the crowd was a funny scene, Mr Fantastic his powers are just so cool that’s the powers out of the group I would pick personally ,and lastly we get too Doctor Doom can’t believe just as I’m watching this film for the first time Julian McMahon passes away so sad RIP he played Doctor doom well just got more evil as the film went on plus his outfit was so awesome.

God didn’t think I would write so much for this but there was a lot to talk about giving this 8/10

It’s clobberin’ time! Fantastic Four brings one of Marvel’s most beloved comics to life in a fun and exciting action-adventure film. While visiting the Von Doom space station, a group of astronauts are exposed to cosmic radiation that gives them extraordinary abilities. Jessica Alba, Michael Chiklis, Chris Evans, and Ioan Gruffudd makeup the Fantastic Four and give solid performances. Additionally, the special effects are pretty good (with on one or two exceptions), and the score is powerful and dynamic. With a lot of solid action and a fun, lighthearted tone, Fantastic Four is truly fantastic.

Surprisingly good and very entertaining! I can only recommend this flick if you like action flicks. Of course it is no X-Men or Batman, but the decent special effects, a fast-pacing & fun plot as well as its honest declaration of what it wants to be makes the "Fantastic Four" what it is: a rock-solid comic-based action movie!

I don't care if it's nostalgia, but I love this movie so much! Still better than the reboot...

Can't wait to see Fantastic 4 in the MCU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the cgi is so bad but everyone is hot so it’s ok

IMO this movie did actually age unexpectedly well. It doesn't excell but overall I quite like it :)

It can be a bit weird but it's kinda a nice mix of action, superpowers, fun/comedy, Sci-Fi, love, etc.

And of course a Stan Lee cameo is always nice to see (again).

Its nostalgia but damn this movie is hilarious and so fun.

it wasn't the best movie ever, but wasn't as bad as I've heard people talk, feels just like all the other superhero movies from the early 2000's

Expected more from a Marvel superhero movie but still ok. Would've been better with more action and special effects.
