Another Simple Favor

This film is like a guilty pleasure. You know it's a bit ludicrous but you go with it anyway. I mean the plot the twists...crazy....but.....great performances by Blake Lively (stunning) and Anna Kendrick (hilarious) it sets up another level of the chemistry between the actors. Give it a shot. It's entertaining and funny and dark and crazy.

Lots of fun.It manages to defy your expectations.Sexiness&soapiness are still there.Blake's&Anna's chemistry is the heart of the film.The Italian locations and over the top fashion topped off a really fun watch.

I cannot overstate how excited I am to have my favorite toxic lesbian power couple back.

Starts slow, but ultimately a worthy sequel: twisty turny, insane fits, murder, martinis, incest, twins.

Not quite as good as the first, but still some fun shenanigans. Kendrick and Lively know how to play into a very specific tone that feels crave-able, even if the movie lacks in some obvious areas.

not gay enough for me

Not only is there a brother-fucker, there will also be a sister-fucker revealed. Besides all the blatant mentions of incest, the movie was better than I anticipated…as the reviews aren’t all that great. It’s silly, campy and predictable, but the cinematography is gorgeous! Blake Lively’s wardrobe is stunning, while Anna Kendrick’s quirkiness and detective skills remind me of myself. They still have great chemistry and their mean girl cattiness is some of the movie’s best moments. I was pleasantly surprised to see Allison Janey also. I adored her in the series Mom. The mystery itself is a bit of a mixed bag… some parts felt predictable, while others kept you guessing. Will there be a third installation? The ending seemed to suggest it.

A very funny and enjoyable comedy/Who Dunnit! I like the characters and the addition Charity was a good twist. I guess from the ending there is another follow on movie to come. 👍

Even more convoluted than the first one, but still entertaining. And looks like Michele Morrone has become the default "rich Italian mob guy" in Hollywood lol.
