Unlike the first season, this series focuses more on the political and civic side of the farm. In this sense, I liked it less, I found the conversations/discussions slow and boring. What keeps me watching the series is the charisma of the protagonist. Two other positive aspects are the animals, which come here as a fun and empathetic element (I loved the sheep in the first season and I loved the cows this season) and the pessimism of the series really impressed me.

Fantastic series! Another belter... and better than the first.

May the silly council not stand in the way of another as it documents farmers making a living off the land and their area.

Another excellent series of episodes with Clarkson bumbling his way through farming with some great laugh out loud moments as well as the serious side of things. One can only hope that the woke brigade do not prevent more series because of Clarkson's ill thought out comments that have landed him in hot water.
