The Duke of Death and His Maid

Due to a childhood curse, anything that the Duke touches will die - which makes his flirty maid’s behavior all the more shocking! Can the Duke and his companions break the curse, or is he doomed to a life where love is forever out of his reach?
I like anime that are complete, and this one is no exception. However, I wish they had wrapped it up with one or two more episodes—the ending felt a bit rushed. After building up the story over three seasons, the resolution didn’t feel fully satisfying. It was like they reached the climax and then didn’t give us enough of the emotional payoff we’d been waiting for.
It’s especially disappointing when you compare it to the manga, where the creators clearly took the time to reward readers with a more fleshed-out and meaningful conclusion—something the anime lacked.
The animation is mostly CGI, so it might look a bit clunky or different from traditional anime styles, but it still looks good overall. The characters are well done too, though the main character can come off as a bit too “wimpy” at times.
I recommend finishing the anime and then reading the last few manga chapters to get the complete ending we should have gotten in the show.
