Two episodes released and what a good start for this TV show. This seems to be based on a post apocalyptic world of some sorte and they live in a Silo, apparently ruled by Justice.
I haven't read the books so I don't know if the series are doing them any justice.
But based on this 2 eps alone I say this is looking as a very good show, let's up the quality keeps going up or at least the same as the first 2 episodes.
From the very first moment, Silo pulls you into its world with an oppressive atmosphere and a story full of secrets. It’s not just another sci-fi series—it plays with mystery in an addictive way. Each episode gradually reveals new pieces of the puzzle, posing questions and delivering unexpected twists that keep the tension high at all times.
Its biggest strength, without a doubt, is the pacing. While the story unfolds at a measured pace, it never feels unnecessarily stretched. Every revelation adds something new and fits precisely into a well-tuned mechanism. In this second season, the series expands its universe, diving deeper into the characters and the intricate web of lies that sustain the silo’s society. Just when everything seems clear, the finale hits with a revelation that leaves you craving more.
Visually, the work is impeccable. The sense of claustrophobia and decay within the silo amplifies the tension and despair of its inhabitants. The lighting and confined spaces are cleverly used to heighten the feeling of anguish, while the soundtrack subtly underscores key moments without becoming distracting.
Rebecca Ferguson leads the cast with a nuanced performance, balancing strength and vulnerability in just the right measure. Her evolution is crucial for the series to work. Alongside her, the supporting characters not only fulfill their roles but also add layers of depth, making every plot twist even more impactful.
With its mix of thriller, sci-fi, and dystopian drama, Silo doesn’t just hook the viewer—it also leaves room for reflection on power, truth, and freedom. After the shocking ending of the second season, it’s clear that this story still has much more to tell. If it maintains this level, it’s on its way to becoming one of the genre’s great references.
Great series.
This gave me hope, that new series can be good.
Very great to watch i loved everything about it

I'm totally opposite to all the negative remarks
shows were entertaining and was in awe at seeing the sets
well done loved it
Its a great entertainment project for sure. Considering how often we get bad projects recently its definitely a 10 worth show in my eyes.
But they couldnt stop involving a political agenda in the final scene of season 2. I will keep the score in hopes of a good comeback out of it, even tho i got really disappointed by that. I dont care if it was based on a book, they could still tweak the story to keep things better.
What a fantastic first season!!! The script, the characters, the set, the build up and suspense had my wife and I at the edge of our seats and yelling at the screen. A beautiful serious dine beautifully well. Can’t wait till season 2
Big props to Apple for putting out so many good shows. They are not skimping on quality.
This was such a good start of a show, and really hope we get to see more of it.
Rebecca Ferguson is fantastic.
I'm hooked! I am loving these series and eagerly await each new episode 💯❤
Apple needs to stop releasing these shows in weekly intervals. I get the reason for spreading but it kills the flow of the show. this is where Netflix triumphs.
