its a slow burner but its about the best show that's been on in a summer of rubbish shows
The story was really fascinating but the writing just didn’t deliver. Not that it was low budget, but I just feel like Hulu slashed the budget at the end, forcing the ending. It’s good, just not great.
This show isn't anywhere as bad as people have made it out to be. It's a good story, even if the subject matter and premise isn't new. The main characters are interesting and the way the show is interweaves the story through three distinct points of time keeps things interesting. It's not full of action but it makes up for it in questions of honor, morality, trials and redemption. Worth the watch if you're into mind candy.
Feels like a rehash of the movie and television show "Minority Report."
OK, I've admitted before, I like police dramas. Not really all those shoot 'em up shows, but the shows about the intelligence side of it. I enjoyed this show. Had a different concept, although it reminded me of Minority Report a little bit. The actors were good in their roles, each fit the part well. (Question - am I the only one that noticed the FBI female trainer was the young girl Clarice saved from Buffalo Bill? How nice she came back full circle to work for the FBI....LOL)
Good idea for a TV show. Most people probably feel the police view everyone as a suspect until proven otherwise. Also good to show how horrible wrong that can be.
❤x6
I really wanted to like this, but I did not like it a whole lot. This is basically a mix of Minority Report (2002) and Quantico (2015).
This show was a bit slow. Also the constant jumping between 3 different time-lines was just annoying, and boring at times. I think that 2 time-lines would have been better.
How I rate:
1-3 ❤ = seriously! don't waste your time
4-6 ❤ = you may or may not enjoy this
7-8 ❤ = I expect you will like this too
9-10 ❤ = movies and TV shows I really love!
Great premise. The writing is quite bad - glosses over important plot points and dwells on scenes that don’t really add much to the plot or character development. By the time it gets to the end of the season I was more interested in the story winding up than any of the characters or the consequences of the main plot line.
This is probably a nice show for people who like Kate Mara, but if you don't want to see her it's a harder watch.
She was dull and boring as that teacher sleeping with the student, and seems to still have a cardboard personality here.
There are other actresses who can play lead parts in stuff. I wish they had picked someone else.
5/10 MEH
Based on the first two episodes, I’m not to impressed.
It’s very confusing and I’m not to sure what it is that I’m supposed to make of it or just what the storyline is??????
The three timelines at the moment doesn’t work either and just adds to the confusion, normally I find this kind of format easy to follow and if done right can be intriguing….
I’ve also not bonded with any of the characters at the moment, again I can’t put my finger on it, but something isn’t working at the moment…
I will give it another 1-2 episodes and hope that something happens grabs me…..
first two episodes where okay then i dont like it anymore its just not for me. sorry..
