[Viaplay] Takes a more intimate approach to the idealized figure of Billy the kid, and works better in the later episodes, which focus on the trade war in Lincoln County, than in the earlier ones about the character's childhood. But it lacks a certain sense of epic that does not take advantage of the environment or the story to transcend a more or less conventional western.

It's not like writing in Season 1 was great, but the writing in Season 2 is just terrible. The most mediocre piece of writing I've ever seen in a wild west. I can't tell if some actors are struggling to put any actual emotion in their acting because of it or they're just bad.

2021/2022 and the western shows/movies are back in vogue.... and that's not a bad thing.

This is pretty good. Visually it's authentic and the story 3 episodes in is very good. Can't wait to see the rest.
