Forecasting Love and Weather

I just finished this masterpiece and I think this drama is too matured for most people commenting negatively. the ways that the drama deals with relationships, with the second leads and especially the main leads, it is not widely accepted by people who have not been in both positions before. I can say that I can relate to both couples in their situations and have been through the same dilemmas, and above it all, the kdrama still managed to teach me the golden rule that life is all about getting better at making more mistakes and learning from every one of it.

the difficult personalities shown in the characters here are deliberately portrayed, as I feel that this is the reality of human nature and just like in real life, the people we meet are rarely people we like and we have lots to complain about everyone we meet around us, including ourselves. the important lesson is to learn how to navigate and deal with the role you are in despite the difficult situations. I enjoy watching difficult characters and don’t find them distasteful, I even find all of them endearing and relatable, so the show must be catering to audience like me. and yes, after going through a lot of life experience, it is possible to remain friends with a cheating partner if it has blossomed into a healthy friendship after ironing out the differences.

to me, every relationship displayed here is wholesome, realistic and done well. I was hooked from the start, I could feel there was something special in the premise and writing, and it offered even more than I expected. the technical details on weather forecasting and the ins and outs of the job were refreshing and intriguing, it was extensively covered and incredibly detailed — I’ve never seen it before in a tv series or movie! it taught me enough to the point where I was interested in the job and wouldn’t mind trying if I had studied for it.

(I was watching 25 21 at the same time and it feels overwhelming but awesome having two perfect dramas teaching me life lessons and leaving me in tears every week)

A miserable and underachieving man-child decides to cheat on his overachieving and caring fiance and ends up married with an ignorant and dumb reporter (in his own ; he felt worthless before he met her) who also cheats her long time boyfriend because he loves her but has no plans for marriage.

But the actual story you would see is the weather in and out .. unless u are interested in weather reporting this show has pretty much hateful characters and no matter how well they are shown in the end the distaste never leaves despite the 8 week time gap ...

It's also yet another office romance drama for Park Min Young ; as she says in her own words "This office romance is the deaathh of me ".

Despite some distasteful characters the hateful couple , the nosey mother and the careless father ; i enjoyed the rest of the staffs story and how they represented the KMA forecasts and hurdles they face .The romance b/w Min Young and Song Kang is not bad but i never like this fellows acting .. he better do serious roles and stop with romances.

[spoiler]This show is my wind-down from the exciting 2521 .. so much that the disappointment from the other carried to the ending of this and the happy ending here never felt happy.[/spoiler]

I've seen all her works and tbh this one is my least favorite of them all. She's amazing iin everything but she couldn't save this one. In my opinion her best works are what's wrong with secretary kim and OFC marry my husband.

I did not like this drama but like most, I stuck on because I was attracted to the premise of it to learn more about what happens in a weather department and I really like the usage of weather metaphors for the relationships between the characters. But the plot fails to deliver, big time. The only people I was interested in were Donghan and family, Seokho and Taekyung, and Myungjoo and husband. Siwoo and Hakyung's story failed to keep me interested on why they should or should not be together. I didn't care. And for Kijun and Sujin, while I do appreciate that they did well in their development as people and a couple, but how could Hakyung and Kijun become so buddy so easily after what has happened? He actually cheated on her and she really actually caught them in their bed in their very own house! I do believe in forgiveness yes, but it really cheapens it so much. And in the end, what happened to the father and the police?
