Great first season! The ending is very intriguing. Maggie is for sure gonna go back for Negan! Looking forward to Season 2 !

Short season formet makes for tighter writing - no filler. I also liked the focus on 2 great characters and the dynamics between them. Everything in this season is about is about a moment and what lead to it,..and the consequences of it.

Kudos to the lead actors who have owned their roles for some time - but damn, I can’t see them as anyone else now.

Would be cool if they gave one of these shows a real budget to see some real special effects instead of all green screen all the time. I always wondered what The Walking Dead might have been if it were on HBO, Netflix or Amazon instead of AMC.
The special effects are going to be very important for this show taking place in NYC.

And please do not drag these spin-offs out with 50% filler shows a season.

Thought this was a one-and-done mini-series but by the finale it certainly seems they intend to do another season.
