Vermeil in Gold

The animation was surprisingly clean, characters were intriguing enough (if a bit flat), and the emotional scenes in the show are written rather well. I wouldn't go in with high expectations, but if you're a fan of shonen, magical fantasy, and succubus/age gap/big boob type of fanservice... you'll love it.

Well, that was a lot sweeter than I would have guessed after watching the first couple episodes full of ecchi content. Pretty solid animation throughout, and a decent magical battle every few episodes. I had this pretty mid, at about a 5 throughout, but those last three episodes were very well done and really made you feel for the MCs sidekick and shows' namesake.

About halfway through, they definitely tried to pull on your heartstrings when they hadn't earned it yet, which was kind of annoying. By the end, they did earn it...which made those last few episodes resonate so well, and it was much more meaningful.

If they make any more of this, I'm here for it.

Fanservice with a decent animation, and you know what you're getting into. Nothing extraordinary but not boring either.

Boring, was doing my nails while "wathcing this", so really got 1/4 of all the show, still managed to understand every thing. It's a dumb anime... And Vermail got the power to shrink or inflate her breast at will 🙄.
