NGL, this was a bit mid, but it wasn't as generic as all the reviews that I read stated....for me, the issues stemmed more around pacing. It did however finish really strong which I appreciated, and that bumped it up another point on the score for me.

The MC was pretty cool when he wasn't self-loathing , but besides him, most of the characters were one note except for the princess towards the end....she was the epitome of a tsundere, but I think it worked given her circumstances in life.

The end of this (and I mean the VERY end), really did hype me up and I'm honestly looking forward to more, when I probably wouldn't have cared about halfway through the season.

Super mid anime...the plot sucks, characters are boring, and not much else to say. You won't miss much if you pass on this one.
