It was ok. The characters and actors carry the messy plot. It seemed like there was conflict for the sake of it, and the nuances in office dynamics weren't captured as well as Misaeng.

I think the writers also didn't trust the amazing cast to express complex emotion because this show suffered too much from "talking to myself to tell and not show my inner thoughts".

Go Ah In did have the gravitas to lead the cast. I liked the side plots of Eun-Jung as a working mum and Kang Han-na and her assistant lightened the series.

Even though the series went in too many directions and introduced too many cartoony villains, the ending was satisfying and surprisingly wrapped up most plotlines neatly.
