Episode 01 was great. It showed the things that happen in real life that most people choose to ignore. The things that happen that people turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to, like those bystanders who just watched someone else's boy be bitten to death by an adult.
While this episode depicts physical child abuse, so there is evidence and all that. Don't be mistaken dear readers, there are a hundred ways of child abuse, especially from parents. Right from their HOMES where supposedly there should be love.
It saddens me deeply that the majority of comments and reactions I've read about the premiere episode failed to see this problem and instead focused on the actors and shipping and the entertainment value.

This was amazing! She always pushes herself to do amazing work even if the role makes her uncomfortable. She has become quite the actress since age of youth/ hello my twenties to this and hyperknife. What a contrast. . I'll be rewatching this for sure plus I love the soundtrack.
TV series Castaway Diva is a very funny TV series because it makes you release feelings through pain, be happy and be sure that you might cry from joy or pain. Actress Park Eun-bin played so amazingly in Castaway Diva. I felt sad when the drama ended because I want to watch more episodes.
(Not finished yet but) Park Eun-Bin really is endlessly charming in every role she plays.
Does this woman’s talent have no end? Phenomenal actress and now exquisite singer! Park Eun-bin never ceases to amaze me. She is wonderful in this role. I would suggest that if you can suspend belief on the premise, you will be transfixed by this series. (A 16 year old girl who can survive alone on a deserted island for 15 years with only ocean trash for tools and a seagull for a companion might challenge your belief, but trust me, the playing out of this premise is worth taking it for what it is worth). This series grabbed me, in the first episode, when young dreams were faced by very real and brutal domestic violence. The human stories is very compelling. Once again it has the strength, not only of a fantastic lead actor but a talented ensemble playing well written and endearing characters. I give this series an 8 (talent galore) out of 10. [Drama, Comedy, Music]
Such an uplifting show! Park Eun Bin is a gem and I sincerely hope she gets more singing roles, because her voice is gorgeous.
Super cute and fun to watch overall. I loved how seriously they addressed the abuse and, at the same time, advocated for legal actions while being empathtic throughout. Also loved how every obstacle the protagonist encountered could be reduced to its base element and dealt with while referencing what she experienced when stranded on an island. I did feel like some of the songs and entertainment industry elements were a bit cringy and too sparkly but I liked the show overall all the same. My favorite thing about this show however is that the characters themselves were incredibly aware of the right timing to do the right thing and they didn't hesitate for a sec!
Park Eun-Bin does excellent roles but her last 2 shows i am unable to either complete ; the love triangle in this show felt needless and unsatisfying ; I am usually correct in my choices but
but she had better chemistry with Woo-hak than Bo-geol
