worthwhile watch and a good first choice of the year.
everyone in this is a little annoying and a lot self righteous but they (mostly) know it so it blunts the irritation that usually comes through when watching less coherent shows in this vein.
my one complaint is that this felt almost too cynical at times. im hoping there’s a bit more balance in the next season but given that ending (ouch!) im not sure what to expect. ill definitely watch though.
