Loved that show, it was quite easy and mindless but with perfect balance of twists and satire
It started off great, excellent, but unfortunately the last 3rd of the series was pretty lame. If I had to relive my life, I would still choose to watch that first half of the show again, tho.
Nice, not excellent and very far from the book's writing. It's a comedy, it's charming and funny, and that's why it's appreciated.
It was an easy, fun watch. I had expected it to be more raunchy and sacrilegious given the source, but I guess even watered down to just be about pettiness, it still works well enough.
More on the unnerving side of comedy than the actually funny one. Could've used a couple episodes of editing down.
This was a fun little watch.
This could have been way better if it had been darker instead of attempting to be comedy. The music didn't fit the setting at all and there's a huge lack in atmosphere.
But still, there a few good scenes that might make this show worthwile.
I liked the characters of Tanya Reynolds and Karan Gill, which were well written and acted.
So bad that I couldn’t stop watching it 😅.
This is going to be a DNF for me. I watched the first episode and found myself cringing more than anything.
A series that is a bit strange. I found myself wanting to learn more about the characters especially Licisca and Neifile who were both so lovely. It was times that it was fun especially with Tindaro 'stealing' the scene. The death of one of the protagonists in the 4th episode (I'm not gonna say whose) was a huge mistake.
