Loved the first episode. The premise of the show seems to be a bit like the 24 show where we follow every hour of a day in this hospital and its doctors. Love the main character since ER and he does a great job as Dr. Robby in this show.

So far so good. the plot seems great and a day in a US ER of a big city is always eventful. If you like medical dramas do not miss this show.

This is hands down the best medical drama I've ever seen. I'm talking Emmy-worthy performances, gripping storylines, and a cast that brings the heat. Noah Wyle is my new favorite actor. His portrayal of Dr. Robby is perfection. And the rest of the cast? They're just as impressive.

The show is fast-paced, emotional, and gritty! Everything I want in a medical drama. The writing is fantastic, with complex characters and realistic emergency room scenes that keep you invested. The show balances a little bit of everything, making it feel real.

I'm sad that it's already over. I rarely rewatch TV series, but I'm already planning my rewatch because this show has left me wanting more. This is a must-watch for anyone who loves medical dramas or just great TV.

So far in this series, we have experienced what 'ER' was with a format like '24' (but without the ticking clock). It is a modern approach that touches on the difficulties of running an overworked Emergency Department while still operating effectively as a teaching hospital in today's world. We get to see the very technical aspect of diagnosing patients, treating them, losing them and how it affects the staff. There is very little outside drama (yet) and the focus is on the doctors and patients in their professional capacity.

The situations are nicely balanced with some being humorous and others being absolutely heartbreaking. Noah Wyle really sells Dr. Robbie as the grizzled veteran attending who is facing his own demons as he deals with the past trauma of being an ER doctor during a deadly pandemic and losing his mentor.

The interns and residents each have their own personalities and struggles as they adapt to the new experiences of working in the tough environment that is "The Pitt". Some are kind, others are timid and one especially is over-confident and manages to dig her hole deeper and deeper with each case.

When I first learned of this show and its premise, my immediate response was: "Another ER show with Noah Wyle? Yes... inject that directly in my veins!"

Overall, The Pitt season 1 was incredible. So fast paced and intense. I can’t believe a job is really like that. I liked the little bits of info to give you a peak into each persons life. Fleshed out almost all the characters. Lots of medical jargon. Loved that it followed a shift in real time. Show and season rated a 10!

This show makes other medical dramas look like a teenager’s dream. Peak chaos. Here’s to hoping that we get more seasons for this show and that it doesn’t lose its formula in the process. A solid 10/10.
