I absolutely love this show I don't know how I ever missed it before season 5 came out. If depicted correctly it's interesting to see how the schools are set up and run in Denmark. Having someone irreverent like me speaking before thinking and teaching these kids is very fun to watch. The chemistry between the actors is wonderful the acting is great and it's just an all-around fun show to watch I've been binging it for days and can't get enough if you're not watching the show.. what are you doing with your life? Call in sick for the next 5 days and watch it! Now!

I've loved every episode of this show! Rita is awesome. She's a wreck sometimes, and makes really bad decisions but she owns it. Great series.

I was so surprised by how much I enjoyed this show. Don’t normally watched subtitled shows because a 40-minute show takes an extra 10 or 15 minutes to watch sometimes when the subtitles go by to fast and you miss something and have to go back and re-watch. Especially, this show that has some very good dialog. In the earlier 2000’s I spent two years living between Denmark and Sweden on business so I was able to pick up a little of the nuanced dialog. I think I read somewhere Showtime is doing a version of Rita based on the Danish show with Lena Headey as the lead. After watching the Danish version I really can’t see Headey in the Rita role.
