The cast is wonderful, season 1 was pretty good. Season 2, abysmal. Season 3, watching now, and it's much better than the last. If you're looking for a well acted crime drama for the summer, Season 1&3 are solid, with some interesting twists. I wouldn't count on this being a fan favorite though. TNT has a knack for making guilty pleasure shows but not many shows that are entirely timeless. This one is favorable because it's one of their few anthology series. A lot of promise here.
