Natsuki Subaru, an ordinary high school student, is on his way home from the convenience store when he finds himself transported to another world. As he's lost and confused in a new world where he doesn't even know left from right, the only person to reach out to him was a beautiful girl with silver hair. Honestly speaking, this is an amazing anime. I am seriously waiting for each and every episode to find out what will happen or can happen again. It has been a while since I was this excited for an anime.

It's very funny that people hate MC so much, ffs he is just an ordinary NEET and shut-in playing video games and reading manga. A typical Otaku. He never had any experience in fighting or anything and is summoned to a world full of magic and swordplay. Doesn't matter how much he trains at the end of the day he is just an ordinary guy. It's not like he can pull some random ass powers or go full one punch on his enemies no matter what, it's the reality. Just because you felt a lot of despair doesn't mean you get supernatural powers just like in real life. BUT you can only cry in agony watching people close to you in unimaginable ways and ultimately waiting to just die to reset the timeline.

And after the reset, Subaru goes back to the last saved checkpoint completely dazed. Because he can remember everything from the previous timeline, the horrible deaths and his own. Time is running out and you can't think of anything or make any plans on what to do next because there is so much a guy can take that the trauma from the previous timeline itself is just truly a pure terror and there is no time to grieve or snap out of it, whatever he witnessed was real but its all erased because he is dead. The body remembers it and you don't wanna go through it ever again but it's the harsh truth, you gotta die sometime again if you aren't careful. So as Subaru progresses into the next arc successfully without any major deaths, he can't foresee what's gonna happen and can only plan after making some trial runs through the timeline. Therefore deaths are necessary to successfully plan ahead without major casualties. And that's the harsh position to put someone in, because *nobody wants to die*, however quick or painful that maybe and that's the only thing he can do.

If you still hate him so much, just put yourself in his shoes, what will you do? Yell or train all you want but you can't get any powerful.
You can't do anything but do *EXACTLY* like him.

Após 25 episódios onde, sofri, chorei e me emocionei bastante. Terminei esta maravilhosa obra. Achei lindo a trama e o desenvolvimento que o personagem principal teve que passar para concluir o ato.

This show is exactly what I want in an anime, show; the character progression, the story, and the action are all so amazing that this is my favorite anime I've seen. Obviously, there are more critically acclaimed shows, but this just has everything I want in it along with perfect execution of said things in my opinion.

Surprisingly good. It is not for everyone I think, but if you get into it you will find yourself wanting to watch the next episode immediately to find out what will happen or what will change with his next life. ~~Episode 15 is one of the most horrifying things I have ever watched in anime.~~ (I had to cross out this part after watching Devilman Crybaby...)

This is a really solid show with a great story, great artwork, and great animation. I think the most polarizing part of this show is the MC, he's definitely not for everybody. The pacing, the music, and again....the story are the highlights.

The biggest issue with the MC is that his 'superpower' kind of sucks. He also can come off a bit sniveling and simpy. On top of that, he doesn't physically transform over the course of the show, and is essentially the same person he was at the beginning...even after training with a master swordsman for quite some time (for some reason). He does however, grow as a person.

Great side characters with great development as well. There are definitely people that you will wish you could get more of, but there is a very large cast. Some characters start off incredibly annoying, but become your favorites due to the wonderful storytelling and development throughout this series.

Just finished season 3 and it was excellent. They turned up the action this season to 10. If the show keeps going like this, I'm bumping it up to a 9. The obligatory cliffhanger was well done, and came out of left field. Love the story twists and turns, and can't wait for more.

NOTE FOR MYSELF SO I REMEMBER SOMEDAY, ONLY REPRESENTS MY OPINION/THOUGHTS FOR MYSELF NOT A “REAL REVIEW“, SO YOU MIGHT NOT AGREE WITH IT

Let's start by saying I'm not the biggest fan of anime. I only really like a few shows, like One Punch Man, Chainsaw Man, and Mashle. But since all of my friends are really into anime, I'm trying to get more into it. They recommended this one to me, and I've heard a lot of good things about it.
I watched 13 episodes, hoping it would start to get interesting, but it just became more and more annoying, especially with Subaru. His obsession with Emilia kept getting worse, and that melodramatic scene in the bedroom (after the whole new ruler and self-proclaimed knight fiasco) was just too much for me.
I think I'll just watch a summary on YouTube because I heard there are some really good twists in the show. [/spoiler]
