I did notice that some shots were totally out of focus or sightly blurry towards the top and bottom of the screen which was a bit annoying. But that's my only gripe.
This show is a landmark for Indian television and cinema. Let's hope young movie makers actually pick up from it and strive for such quality production and storylines with some depth. Not the usual overly dramatic or superficial Bollywood drivel.
As others have mentioned this MUST be watched with the original Hindi dialogue.
Netflix are banging down HBO's door in terms of high standards with shows like this and Suburra: La Serie to name a few.
Netflix really did a spectacular job in their first outing(in the Indian market) as the series shines on various fronts. The writing , the cinematography and acting is top-notch.
The show doesn't shy away from explicit content and you will get to know this in first 30 seconds in the show.
It is bold about political and religious commentary.
And a note to viewers: If you can , do watch it in Hindi. The English subtitles(or any other, as a matter of fact) don't do justice to the epic dialogues.
This series has throughout lived up to hype, I hope this starts revolution of Television in India which is at miserable state.
season 1 is GOATED and full blown out like the intl series and this should be the way to bring OTT culture in india with a bang
what a miserable show thriving purely on cringe sex scenes and politics
Sorry It's overrated! First season was decent tho.
Don't bother with season 2
First time watching a Indian movie, I really liked The story and the acting..Good Show to watch.
it shows that the show has ended whereas it should be "continuing", there is confirmed news that there will be a season 3
