Jett

Fantastic and very underrated show. It can be confusing sometimes and hard to keep track of when what happened but you shouldn't think too deep into it while you're watching. It'll most likely ruin everything else for you. Think about it after. Don't give up the show and stop watching because of that. The cinematography is very well done. It's very suspenseful most of the time. There are humorous moments every now and then or rather moments I considered humorous. There are characters that are easy to like and characters that are easy to hate. Carla Gugino is the actress of the main character. That alone should be more than enough to get you to at least watch the entire first season.

From the trailer i thought it would be more "scandal" like.
But it wasn´t. From my view (i watched episode 1-4) it was a mess and i lost itnerest.

I'm not finished watching this yet, but 7 episodes in, it's excellent. This is just wonderful hardboiled crime television Carla Gugino just made my if-she's-in-it I'll-watch-ti list. I'm probably going to go back and watch the Karen Sisco show she did for USA a few years ago. This show, Jett, owes a lot to Elmore Leonard and writers like him. Jett plays like a Leonard character, think female Chilli Palmer. If you like crime fiction like Leonard, Jim Thompson, Patricia Highsmith, Lawrence Block, et al, and you like caper films, you'll love this show.

caught this flipping through Max. seeing what was there that I hadn't seen. This came up. Surprisingly good. Every aspect is better than expected. A lot of sex until you remember it originally aired on Cinemax. All the shows too sexy for HBO went to Cinemax years ago. An easy recommendation..

Two thumbs up for this show, by far it was greater than I expected. If you can get past the unnecessary sex scenes, the story line was written and the acting was very believable. Awesome job.
