I'm a big fan of Bob's Burgers. This is not quite as good, but has similar humor. Kinda like Bob's Burgers lite.

I love Bob's Burgers. It's one of my favorite shows which is what initially attracted me to The Great North. I will admit it started off slow but it's definitely growing on me. It's not Bob's Burgers but it's coming into its own and deserves a watch if you like Bob's Burgers.

**Review written after finishing season 1**

It's not quite at the same level as Bob's Burgers and a lot of the jokes do fall a bit flat HOWEVER it's not bad and the characters do grow on you and I think it definitely has potential if it's given some more time. It's hard not to compare it to Bob's Burgers but honestly even if you do it's still pretty enjoyable and I was a bit surprised by how much I liked the songs.

Judy was the first one that I developed a liking to, mainly because she's The Great North's equivalent to Tina and I feel like she's the most interesting so far and I really enjoy the scenes when she's talking to Alanis but Beef has a certain charm as well. It definitely leaves something to be desired but I'll keep watching it for at least a while longer just to see if it finds its footing a bit more.

It's hard to understand why you don't roll your show ideas into more robust episodes of the shows you're already running. Must be a money thing. I'm pretty well over clones in parallel universe shows.

I'm about 2/3s the way through season two & it's not faring well. Very little engaging conflict in the plots, boring characters who have unrealistic interactions, and a general saccharine theme to every episode which is nauseating. Additionally, if you hate hearing voice actors who can't sing constantly singing, give this one a wide berth.

I don't like the show the humour is stale, however they have a good cast and i am making this comment from only watching the 1st episode. Also i can't watch it *legally* because it's not available in my country. im not completely sure what their target audience is because children will not find this funny but also most adult wont either so if someone could tell me who this appeals to it would be really helpful thanks.
